미얀마 맹아학교에 보내는 편지
To Whom it may concern
Hello from, Korea.
This is IDA(Incheon Dental Association).
We hope you are keeping well.
We visited on last Sept. 20, and told you that we'll be back on this coming Nov.21
with slate board and stylus etc. what you asked us.
But, there need some arrangement, that's why we send this message first.
This is situations :
1. We will be able to visit you on this Nov.29, not Nov.22.
*The reasons why we change :
We have to reschedule, because of reservation for our staying in Yangoon.
During that week being supposed to visit , they said Room is already full reserved.
2. Also, our friend, a Myanmarese dentist will join us for collaborative dental treatment
at the same time.
3. We already provide around 15 sets of styluses & slate boards that you asked us to find.
4. We need your 'The Letter of Invitation'
One of our freind, Myanmerese dentists, adviced that we need a permit as allowance
for dental service in your place.
If you send it to us, we will apply dental permit to MDC(Myanmar Dental Council).
This letter would be able to accomodate to approve the dental permit faster.
Considering these, it would be better, the letter contain like this, for examples...
we(Your place..) are...MCFB....
.. why we need help for dental care...
... please, we invite you for dental service..etc
There will be Myanmarese dentist who can collaborate with you.
